Hi everybody,

Who wants to join me for a short drilling-fieldtrip to beautiful Germany
(Eisenach…about 4.5 hours drive..)?

Last week I received an email from a German Professor who told us that a
new Rhaetian (=latest Triassic) to Earliest Jurassic section came up due
to road-construction. It is supposed to be the section of the
century..since it is almost impossible to find such a long (~120 meters)
(and hopefully complete) Triassic-Jurassic boundary section. The problem
is that the section will only be there for another 2 weeks max.

The idea is to go there with (at least) two drilling-teams for a few days

I most probably want to go there in the afternoon on the 4th of November
(Tuesday) So I will be able to meet the German experts on
Wednesday-morning and have field-days from Wednesday till
Saturday-late-afternoon

Another group will most probably leave on Thursday the 6th of November
(morning or afternoon) so they will have field days on Friday and
Saturday…and maybe Sunday…

So…..Would you be so kind to help me??
Can you please tell me whether you will be able to/willing to join one
of the two groups?
